Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your Tausom purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at support@tausom.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us and we will arrange the exchange at no additional shipping cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety reasons, items that have been used with propane or show signs of fuel exposure cannot be returned.
