At Tausom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@tausom.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, modified, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for return. Gift cards and clearance items are final sale.
